This is a community program budgeted by the Town Board and there are a limited number of vouchers available. Vouchers can be redeemed at the Stray H.E.L.P. clinic located in Fishkill. Services included in the voucher program are the spay or neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, ear cleaning and nail trim. Additional services can be purchased.
